As a new Security Site Supervisor at Prevail Security Services, you can expect to monitor surveillance equipment, and respond to any emergencies or alarms that may arise. You will be responsible for enforcing security procedures, maintaining accurate logs, and providing excellent customer service. To excel as an Unarmed Experienced Security Site Supervisor at Prevail Security Services, candidates must possess a minimum of 5 year of security experience, including leadership roles in Class A Commercial Office buildings. A valid driver's license and proximity to the 77002 area are required for this post. Proficiency in completing digital incident reports, basic knowledge of smartphone usage, and an active security license are essential.

Familiarity with security software and tools is beneficial in executing duties effectively. As a Full-Time Security Site Supervisor, individuals should demonstrate strong communication skills, leadership qualities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
• Monitor security systems and respond to alerts, investigating potential security breaches and incidents.
• Must have great customer service
• Be able schedule your team during call/offs etc .
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security and compliance.
• Stay informed on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve security posture.
