Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff following security procedures and site policies;
Carry out armed patrols of the location including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter zones;
Monitor for suspicious behavior and policy violations and report concerns to management or law enforcement as appropriate;
Assist with access control, opening/closing procedures, and escort support for designated personnel or high-value transfers;
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and document observations
