Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and process guest access.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate with site contacts and local responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including business areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter points.;
Assist with screening deliveries, directing foot traffic, and supporting badge-related or key control procedures in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal standards.
