Security Officer Armed Mobile Driver Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patrons and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating with local authorities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, entrances, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, high-traffic areas, and sensitive merchandise locations, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards to site leadership according to post orders;
Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by maintaining a visible presence, following armed post protocols, and assisting with de-escalation during customer and/or employee concerns
