Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor customer and employee activity within assigned areas, report suspicious behavior, and document incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site expectations;
Assist with access control, closing procedures, and other post duties as assigned, while maintaining a professional presence and clear communication with clients and the public
