Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, assisting with visitor direction and reporting unauthorized access or property-related concerns;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel;
Prepare accurate activity, incident, and maintenance-related reports, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
