Job Schedule:
- Mon 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM
- Tue 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM
- Wed 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Sun 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and control vehicle and pedestrian access in accordance with site requirements.
- Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed by established procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, operational areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unauthorized activity, hazards, and security-related concerns.
- Complete required logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and promptly while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
- Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
