Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and effectively;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and exterior perimeter;
Monitor access by verifying authorization and directing visitors/delivery personnel;
Prepare clear reports of incidents/patrols and escalate maintenance concerns
