Security, Loss Prevention

• Perform security and loss prevention functions within the facility to reduce shrink and protect company assets
• Enforce security and loss prevention policies and procedures
• Patrol building areas by foot and vehicle as required
• Monitor security cameras and conduct daily physical hazard inspections
• Defuse disturbances and escort individuals from the property when necessary
• Conduct initial investigations and gather evidence as directed by security leadership
• Conduct exterior safety hazard and security audits
• Complete incident reports in collaboration with security leadership
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Work Saturday through Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

• Knowledge and experience with security systems
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights and/or weekends
• Valid driver's license
• 1 year of security or loss prevention experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
• Self-motivation to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time and tolerate weather elements, including heat, cold, rain, snow and wind
• Conditional offer recipients may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test

Demonstrates expertise in security and loss prevention functions, including the ability to enforce policies, conduct investigations, and maintain a safe work environment. Proficient in monitoring security systems and performing hazard inspections while effectively communicating findings.
