Retail PropertyPosition: Exterior Vehicle Patrol Security Officer Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Weekly
- Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Monday–Tuesday: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Friday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $15.50-$16.00 (Depending on experience)
United Protective Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Security Officer to provide exterior vehicle patrol coverage at a retail property.
This is an active patrol position requiring the officer to operate a company/client patrol vehicle, maintain a visible security presence, and regularly work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Primary Responsibilities- Conduct routine vehicle patrols throughout the property, parking lots, and surrounding exterior areas.
- Maintain a visible and proactive security presence to deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized activity.
- Monitor parking areas, storefronts, exterior access points, and other designated areas.
- Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, property damage, and maintenance concerns.
- Professionally interact with tenants, customers, vendors, employees, and Property Management.
- Respond promptly to security concerns, disturbances, and incidents.
- Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs), incident reports, and patrol documentation.
