!

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Identify issues accurately and present professional solutions to customers
• Generate and close sales opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and system replacements
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Complete all job documentation accurately and promptly
• Participate in on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and after-hours service
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and uphold company standards

• EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• 5+ years of field experience in residential HVAC service and repair
• Proven sales ability with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work on‑call rotation, including weekends

• Monday - Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Evening, weekend, and on-call work as needed
• Employees report to a central location before heading to service calls
