As the Lead HVAC Tech - HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, present solutions to customers with confidence, generate and close sales opportunities, and mentor junior technicians. You'll ensure all job notes and paperwork are completed accurately, participate in on‑call rotations, and maintain a clean, organized work vehicle while upholding our high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
YOU’LLWORK THESE HOURS
This is a full‑time position with a schedule of 8 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday, with evening, weekend, and on‑call availability. Employees report to a central location before heading out to their job sites.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR- EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
- 5+ years of field experience in residential HVAC service and repair
- Proven sales ability with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work on‑call rotation, including weekends
Bonus:
- Texas HVAC license (or the ability to obtain one)
