We are seeking a motivated Commercial HVAC Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on HVAC/R systems across commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on mechanical skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow in the HVAC trade. Training is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Perform repairs, maintenance, and service on commercial HVAC/R equipment
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair and replace HVAC components
- Service air conditioning units and ensure systems operate efficiently
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and performance
- Assist with general property maintenance tasks as needed
- Drive a company vehicle to travel to multiple job sites
- Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow safety procedures and comply with local codes and company standards
- Some experience as an HVAC Technician preferred; willing to train the right candidate
- Strong mechanical knowledge and technical aptitude
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and components
- EPA Certification (required)
- Air‑cooled chiller experience is a plus
- Welding and basic electrical experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
