Job Summary:

Join our established coffee and frozen beverage distribution company, serving customers for over 20 years. We seek a skilled Beverage Service Technician to perform repair, maintenance, and installation of coffee, cappuccino, and slushie machines. If you excel in customer service and have a technical background, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and install beverage equipment; complete service reports promptly.

Resolve customer issues quickly, follow up for satisfaction, and train customers on equipment use and maintenance.

Maintain and organize tools, parts, and equipment; order parts as needed.

Collaborate with the Field Service Manager to onboard and train new technicians.

Educate customers on equipment operation.

Keep accurate records of service activities.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications:

5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience, preferably in beverage equipment, HVAC, or refrigeration.

Proficiency with hand and power tools; strong troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication, work ethic, and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
