As a Residential Service Technician
, you’ll be the trusted expert in the home—diagnosing issues, presenting solutions, and delivering five-star service in your trade specialty.
This is not a churn-and-burn shop. You’ll work in a performance-driven, technician-first environment where quality, communication, and customer trust matter.
What You’ll Be DoingDiagnose, repair, and service residential systems in your licensed trade
Complete installs, replacements, and upgrades (panels, piping, drains, HVAC systems, filtration, etc.)
Communicate clearly with homeowners—
educate, recommend, and build trustFollow all safety and code requirements (OSHA, NEC, IPC, IMC, local codes)
Collaborate with dispatch and leadership for smooth daily operations
Maintain a clean, stocked company-provided vehicle
Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training
Required
Active state license (Journeyman/Master Electrician, Plumber, HVAC Tech, or equivalent)
2+ years of residential service experience
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Physically capable (ladders, attics, crawlspaces, lifting 50+ lbs)
Strong customer communication & problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
OSHA 10 or 30
Mentorship or leadership experience
Comfort with dispatch / digital service platforms
