Job Description
Construction Team Lead. This position is the lead construction person responsible for leading a crew and performing various tasks out at jobsites.
Key Responsibilities- Manage 1-3 man construction crew(s) on various jobsites
- Ensure job is performed within guidelines
- Ensure jobsite safety precautions are followed
- Follow up on all paperwork to be completed
- Stock and track inventory on vehicle
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Able to pull trailer
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to read and scale blueprints
- Must be able to lead crew to job completion
- Must have experience with Electrical/Framing/Squaring
- Carpentry/Electrical Refrigeration Install experience
- Must be able to come to work every day M-F
