Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures;
Inspects, repairs, and tests facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues;
Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors;
Orders parts and tracks orders; records purchases and usage; submits warranty claims;
Ensures compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart quality standards
