Receive service calls from Service Resource Center and diagnose equipment problems;
Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications;
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, and manuals;
Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication with district staff and customers;
Electronically complete service acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain customer signatures
