Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
Job description: This position is for day shift, Monday-Friday and pays $70-90K annually, plus monthly bonus opportunities.
Shop ForemanThis is Fleet Pride's advanced level of technician who will be responsible for overseeing other HD truck technicians and completing jobs as needed.

- 7+ years of repair experience on semi-trucks preferred.
- 2+ years of shop supervisor experience preferred.
- Willingness to train and coach technicians as needed.
- Good communication skills with the service manager, service writer and customers about jobs in progress.
- Ability to provide your own tools and box to work on trucks.
- Valid Driver’s License
- CDL is a plus, but not required.
- Someone who is driven to work efficiently and safely to provide the best service.
- Proficient in air systems, electrical diagnosis and schematics, starting systems, brakes, wheel ends, coolant systems, AC diagnostics and repairs, steering and alignment issues, drivetrain diagnostics and repairs, transmissions, clutches, differentials, after treatment systems, upper and lower engine work and EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN!
