This full‑time, on‑site Engineer role is based in Greater Dublin. The Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting various security systems, including intrusion detection, access control, and CCTV systems. Daily duties include system commissioning, diagnostics, performing routine maintenance, adhering to industry compliance standards, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaboration with clients and team members to deliver customized security solutions tailored to individual project requirements.
Qualifications- Experience in installing and maintaining security systems such as intrusion detection, access control, and CCTV systems
- Proficiency with security technologies, including HKC, Vanderbilt, Salto, Hikvision, and Milestone
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to understand system design specifications and work to industry compliance standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for on‑site projects
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Previous experience in the security systems or electronic engineering industry is an advantage
