InProduction is seeking Scaffolding Laborers to join their team in Houston, Texas, working on professional sporting events and live venues. These roles involve building and dismantling scaffolding at high-profile locations such as stadiums and racetracks. Ideal candidates are reliable, enjoy travel, and are comfortable working outdoors as part of a small, close-knit crew.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license preferred, with good driving record
• Familiarity with basic hand tools (drills, saws, hammers, etc.)
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to read and understand basic safety instructions
• Willingness to travel and be away from home for extended periods (90+ days)
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Teamwork and independent work skills

• Experience in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring, or events
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred
