Location: Houston Area
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Openwork is hiring a dependable Maintenance Helper to support daily maintenance and facility operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning from experienced technicians, and working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technicians with maintenance and equipment installations.
- Gather tools, hold materials, and support daily repair tasks.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Support minor plumbing and electrical work as needed.
- Read and use tape measures accurately.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
- Minimum of 2+ years of maintenance, helper, construction, or industrial experience required.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools required.
- Minor experience with plumbing and electrical work preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay active throughout the shift.
