• Supervise construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding or other temporary structures.
• Determine type of scaffold needed and properly instruct on installation.
• Oversee transport of scaffold material and erect scaffolds as instructed by the scaffold builder.
• Hoist scaffolding materials upward to erect temporary structures.
• Secure and level locking sections of scaffolding material.
• Secure scaffold to permanent structure for added stability.
• Adhere to OSHA, site‑specific, and Austin Industrial requirements for erecting and navigating scaffolding.
• Supervise dismantling of scaffolding when instructed.
• Inspect and properly stow scaffolding material after dismantling.
• Perform final inspection of completed scaffolding.
• Other duties as assigned.

Regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach; frequently required to stand, walk, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and may frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Requires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

• Experience:
  
  4 years of Journeyman‑level experience.
• Certification/License: NCCER, Valid Driver’s License, and TWIC Card.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship not available.
