Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re dedicated to keeping heavy lifting operations safe, efficient, and precise. From construction sites to offshore platforms, our custom-built slings and rigging solutions help move the world—literally. Safety, craftsmanship, and reliability are at the heart of everything we do, and we take pride in building products that crews trust with their most critical lifts.

The Impact You'll Make

As a Rigger specializing in sling fabrication, you’ll be the hands and eyes behind the gear that makes complex lifts possible. Your work will directly protect people, equipment, and projects by ensuring every sling is built to exacting standards. You won’t just be assembling materials—you’ll be crafting the lifelines of major operations.

What You'll Do
  • Fabricate wire rope and chain slings according to engineering specifications and industry safety standards.
  • Measure, cut, splice, and secure materials using specialized rigging tools and equipment.
  • Inspect raw materials and finished slings for defects, ensuring compliance with OSHA, ASME, and company quality protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of builds, inspections, and certifications.
  • Collaborate with managers and inside sales to ensure sling designs meet operational needs.
  • Keep the workshop organized, safe, and compliant with all safety procedures.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in rigging, sling fabrication, or related heavy-lifting equipment assembly.
  • Strong knowledge of rigging hardware, load ratings, and safe lifting practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and load charts.
  • Skilled in using rigging tools such as swaging machines, splicing tools, and tension testers.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety above all else.
  • Physical ability to lift and handle heavy materials in a workshop environment.
Why You'll Love It Here
  • Work with a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and pride in a job well done.
  • Competitive pay with overtime opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Paid training and certification programs to advance your rigging expertise.
  • A culture that celebrates problem-solving and hands-on skill.

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
