This is a full‑time, on‑site Heating Air Conditioning Technician role based in Greater Houston. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing regular preventive maintenance, and conducting repairs on heating, cooling, and plumbing systems. Additional duties include ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations and collaborating with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting HVAC systems and diagnosing issues efficiently
• Proficient understanding of Plumbing systems and their integration with HVAC systems
• Experience in conducting Preventive Maintenance to ensure system reliability and longevity
• Knowledge of EPA regulations and compliance
• Familiarity with Electricity as it relates to HVAC systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Certification and training in HVAC systems; EPA certification is a plus
• Understanding of safety protocols and best practices in the field
