Assemble and wire complex electrical systems, including panels, harnesses, and integrated assemblies;
Interpret and work from detailed electrical schematics, blueprints, wire lists, and layout diagrams;
Perform precision soldering, cable routing, and installation of connectors, terminals, and components;
Conduct thorough functional testing, including continuity, voltage, and resistance checks using multimeters or other testing tools;
Train and mentor Electrical Assemblers I and II, promoting best practices and consistent workmanship
