Industrial Electrician / Electrical Fitter

Assignment Duration: 5 months with potential to become temp‑to‑hire for the right candidate

Location: Houston, TX 77073 (IAH area)

Pay: $25‑$32 per hour

Job Type: Local only – no per diem

Shift: Monday‑Friday 7 am to 4 pm (40‑50 hours per week)

Seeking electrical fabricators experienced in assembling, wiring, and installing industrial control systems, switch gear, and power distribution components. This position is in a shop environment.

• Perform integration tasks related to the installation of cabling and equipment.
• Perform panel wiring.
• Perform services including, but not limited to, the installation of equipment and components, tray, raceways, cable and wire, grounding and bonding, and terminations.
• E‑House equipment installation.
• Cable running.
• Metal fabrication (cutting, drilling, tapping).
• Fit and assemble electrical components.
• Test systems, equipment, and components using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Follow directions from Journeymen, Leads and Supervisors.
• Promote a safety culture and attend all safety meetings.
• Ensure quality by following work instructions and identifying any potential risks to product quality.
• Ensure work areas remain clean and well organized.
• Other duties as required.

• Must provide your own basic hand tools.
• Must be able to read and interpret schematics.
• 2–3 years’ experience in the field.
• Must pass background and drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to the shop daily.
