Maintenance Technician – Spray Polyurethane Foam Equipment

Service Partners is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our Spray Polyurethane Foam Equipment.

• Maintain, repair, assemble and install equipment items such as Graco plural and single component machines, compressors, gas and diesel‑powered generators, air dryer systems, and insulation processing equipment.
• Perform incidental welding and metal work when repairing equipment.
• Operate and maintain shop tools, welding equipment, measuring instruments and special mechanical equipment.
• Travel and work independently with minimal supervision; operate, maintain and transport trucks and trailers as needed.
• Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Minimum of 4 years industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
• Machine Tool Technology Degree or similar technical school certification preferred.
• Good working knowledge of shop manuals, mathematics, and blueprints.
• Position is safety sensitive.

Employees will be required to drive between various locations and travel by airplane, train, auto, or boat. This position may also require overnight travel.

• Prolonged standing, repetitive motions including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
