Job Title:
Maintenance Technician – Spray Polyurethane Foam Equipment
Service Partners is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our Spray Polyurethane Foam Equipment.
Responsibilities- Maintain, repair, assemble and install equipment items such as Graco plural and single component machines, compressors, gas and diesel‑powered generators, air dryer systems, and insulation processing equipment.
- Perform incidental welding and metal work when repairing equipment.
- Operate and maintain shop tools, welding equipment, measuring instruments and special mechanical equipment.
- Travel and work independently with minimal supervision; operate, maintain and transport trucks and trailers as needed.
- Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- Minimum of 4 years industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
- Machine Tool Technology Degree or similar technical school certification preferred.
- Good working knowledge of shop manuals, mathematics, and blueprints.
- Position is safety sensitive.
Employees will be required to drive between various locations and travel by airplane, train, auto, or boat. This position may also require overnight travel.
Physical Requirements- Prolonged standing, repetitive motions including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
- Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
