For our Houston Texas location, we are seeking an experience and driven Plumbing Program Restoration Project Manager to lead and oversee plumbing-related restoration projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem‑solving, and has a strong background in plumbing systems and project management.
You will play a critical role in restoring residential and commercial properties impacted by water damage, plumbing failures, or disaster events while ensuring high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage plumbing restoration projects from initial assessment through completion
- Conduct site inspections to evaluate plumbing damage, water intrusion, and system failures
- Develop project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with plumbers, technicians, subcontractors, and other trades
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, change orders, and permits
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- 3-5 years of experience in plumbing, restoration, or construction project management
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water mitigation, and restoration processes
- Familiarity with insurance claims and documentation procedures is preferred
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
- ng leadership and team coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
Compensation package includes base salary plus commission schedule, health benefits, 401(k), phone fuel and vehicle allowance.
