- Hands‑on trade or construction experience is required
- 6+ months of experience in plumbing is highly preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated to grow into a high-level role
