As a Commercial Electrician Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced electricians and foremen on commercial construction projects throughout the Houston area.

• Assisting with the installation of conduit, wire, and electrical equipment
• Measuring, cutting, bending, and installing conduit
• Pulling wire and assisting with electrical rough‑in work
• Installing fixtures, devices, and electrical components
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Learning to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Maintaining tools, materials, and a clean work area
• Following all safety requirements and job‑site procedures
• Supporting the successful completion of projects on schedule

• 1‑3 years of commercial electrical experience preferred
• Basic understanding of electrical construction practices
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation to Houston‑area jobsites
• Ability to provide your own basic tools
  
  Ability to work safely in a construction environment
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

This position requires standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting materials, working outdoors, and performing physical construction activities in various weather conditions and job‑site environments.

You’ll be paid for your testing time if hired.
