Full-Time | $20–$25 per Hour (Based on Experience)

A growing commercial roofing contractor is seeking a dependable and hardworking Commercial Roofing Service Technician / Helper to join its service team in the Houston area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career in commercial roofing while working alongside experienced roofing professionals.

In this role, you will assist with roof repairs, leak investigations, maintenance projects, and service work on a variety of commercial roofing systems. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn and grow within the industry.

• Assist with commercial roof repairs, maintenance, and leak investigations
• Remove and install roofing materials including insulation, membranes, flashings, and metal components
• Perform work according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and property managers
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and job‑ready
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements
• Travel to job sites throughout the Houston metropolitan area
• Support lead technicians with daily service and repair activities

• Minimum of 1 year of roofing, construction, or related field experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing ladders, and performing demanding tasks
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
