Pipeline Construction Technicians - $4,000 Signing Bonus + Per Diem + Hotel

Insituform Technologies LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions company, is seeking Pipeline Construction Technicians to join their Houston, TX team. These individuals will play a key role in installing and repairing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, possess a valid CDL, and are eager to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician highly preferred
- OSHA certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle report
- Class A or B CDL required (Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required)
- Ability to wear a respirator and body harness in confined spaces
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use various tools
- Comfortable working outdoors at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations
- Ability to travel weekly, potentially out of state
- Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician
- OSHA certifications
- Hazmat endorsement on CDL
