Perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as needed;
Carry out general carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, counter top/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair;
Conduct preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator, and more;
Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction;
Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and identify maintenance needs;
Assist with property emergencies (snow removal, inclement weather, fires, floods) and respond to issues promptly;
Communicate with maintenance leadership about property issues and adhere to safety and risk management policies
