- Full Time or Part Time: Full Time
- Temporary/Seasonal/Regular: Temporary. Must be available to start immediately.
- Compensation: Varies based on role and location, overtime expected. Base rates typically $15‑35 per hour depending on specific role.

Responsibilities- Report to designated areas at assigned times.
- Attend safety and operational briefings.
- Work with contractors and crews on‑site and report daily or as needed to assigned leadership/field supervisors.
- Monitor the collection of disaster‑generated debris from authorized areas and document the work as it is performed.
- Ensure that only FEMA eligible debris is removed, loaded and hauled to a disposal site.
- Operate a Smart Phone Application or Hand‑Held Unit to record vital information.
- Ensure that debris loads are properly contained in the loading container.
- Record and report any damage resulting from debris removal operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work outside for long hours in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a Background Check, as needed.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Active listener.
- Strong time management skills, along with strong oral and written communication skills; excellent communication skills for writing legibly.
No supervisory responsibilities expected for this role, but higher level roles will have lead/oversight responsibility.
Expected Hours of WorkExpected schedule 6‑7 days per week up to 12 hours per day. Schedule may vary. Work on evenings and weekends may be required. Dependability and punctuality are paramount.
Travel Requirements- Up to 25% travel is expected for this position.
- Must be willing to travel and deploy to client sites for extended periods of time.
- Mobility required on‑site with clients.
- Driving/sitting/standing for hours at a time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. repetitively throughout the day and as needed.
- This is an on‑site position in varying weather conditions in possible adverse conditions and debris sites with a moderate noise level.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience and knowledge to ensure only FEMA eligible debris is removed, loaded and hauled to the disposal site.
- Willing and able to work with contractors and crews on‑site and report daily or as needed to assigned leadership/field supervisors as positive representatives of the company.
