We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to work at Coral Hills Apartments in Houston, TX.
ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical as well as assist the Maintenance Supervisor.
Duties include:
- Repairing apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks and basic carpentry.
- Performing preventive maintenance duties as required.
- Completing work orders and forms to ensure proper documentation of maintenance operations.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- HVAC Certification
- NSPIre knowledge (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience
- Pool operator experience (preferred)
- Make‑ready experience
- Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment
- Availability for emergency maintenance calls 24/7
- Normal work hours are usually between 8am – 5pm, Mon‑Fri (may vary slightly based on season) with occasional overtime required.
- Background screening and drug test required.
