Construction Laborer - Driver

Greenrise Technologies is a full‑service green infrastructure firm based in Tennessee. It provides engineered turnkey systems and erosion‑control services across the southeastern United States. The company offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

This is a General Labor position within the erosion‑control division. The Crew Member–Driver installs silt fence, inlet protections, slope matting, and related services on residential and commercial sites, and drives a work truck. Experienced candidates may advance to a Crew Leader role.

• Review daily work schedule with Crew Leader each morning.
• Assist with loading trucks with proper installation materials each morning.
• Drive company work truck to and from worksites, obeying traffic laws.
• Represent Greenrise Technologies in a professional manner to customers and homeowners.
• Complete all erosion‑control work to a high standard of excellence.
• Follow all safety protocols for vehicles, equipment, and site conduct.
• Install erosion‑control products per crew leader’s direction.
• Communicate effectively with operations managers and crew members.
• Achieve daily and weekly goals for crew’s silt fence installation output.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Relay important information, incident reports, or concerns through the proper chain of command.

Qualification & Standards:

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Good listening skills and ability to follow directions.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills; team oriented.
• Commitment to customer service and professional representation.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Physically fit and able to work long days outside in the elements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Basic ability to read and write legibly.
• High character, honesty, and integrity.
• Work independently and with minimal supervision at times.
• Utilize good judgment and make sound decisions.
• Take initiative and proactively seek performance improvement.
• Experience with tools and equipment specific to erosion‑control installations (preferred).
• Experience pulling a trailer (preferred).
• Reliably own a cell phone.
