The Commercial HVAC Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial buildings. This role ensures optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort while adhering to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For- Experience: 10+ years preferred; 5+ years considered for candidates with strong experience.
- Certifications: EPA Universal Certification required; valid driver's license required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred); trade school background a plus.
- Background: Commercial HVAC service experience is ideal — residential backgrounds from well-run operations are also welcome.
