Field Service Technician

Position Summary

Field Service professional, tasked with providing preventive maintenance, emergency repairs and customer relations. The selected candidate will service Northwest Houston and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate resides within the service territory.

• Serve as the trusted expert that provides installation, preventative maintenance and measures performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers, including national accounts, healthcare, college and university, hospitality, and large independent food service operators.
• Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and performance measurements of appliances.
• Determine causes of equipment malfunction and communicate issues to customers and internal teams.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records.

Monday – Friday, 7:00a.m. – 6:00p.m., with flexibility for weekend rotation, on‑call evenings, and limited overtime.

• At least 18years of age.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record (MVR), and background check (no credit score check).
• Two years of prior customer service or equipment repair experience, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Mechanical aptitude in electrical, plumbing, and health and sanitation codes.
• Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting of machines.
