Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position is someone with 2‑3 years’ experience in concrete cutting, slab sawing experience preferred. Someone who is reliable, motivated and has a passion for concrete.
Duties and Responsibilities- Operate concrete cutting equipment such as slab saws, wall saws, wire saws and core drills.
- Perform equipment checks before use to ensure functionality and safety.
- Ensure equipment is clean and safely and securely stored at Ashton Sawing and Drilling when not in use.
- Attend team meetings such as project kick‑offs, weekly check‑ins and safety meetings.
- Shows exemplary work ethic and dependability.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and with a team.
- Good problem‑solving skills and ability to make sound decisions quickly.
- Comfortable with asking questions/raising concerns as needed.
- Takes direction well and strives to go above and beyond.

- Must have experience operating concrete cutting equipment.
- Thorough knowledge of concrete equipment.
- Ability to complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Ability to consistently meet attendance schedule.
- Minimum age 18.
- Proof of identity and employment authorization.
