Perform routine servicing and repair operations to maintain hospital buildings, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and grounds as directed;
Perform urgent, corrective, routine, and requisitioned repairs of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems;
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and structures and maintain related records;
Maintain and repair HV/AC controls and related equipment to maximize efficiency in environmentally controlled areas;
Serve as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff
