Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Entry‑Level Landscape Team Member to join our growing crew. Because we are a full‑service firm handling everything from design to construction, this role offers a great opportunity to learn the landscape architecture industry from the ground up. The ideal candidate is someone with high integrity, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to jump in and help wherever they are needed.
Key Responsibilities- Assist our landscape and construction crews with daily operations on high‑end residential job sites.
- Perform a variety of physical labor tasks necessary to build and maintain premium landscapes.
- Support the team in preparing sites, planting, moving materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Adapt to daily changes in tasks and work locations as project demands require.
- Valid Driver’s License: (Required) Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Punctuality:
Must be extremely reliable and always show up on time and ready to work. - Work Ethic & Integrity:
Must possess a strong, positive work ethic and demonstrate high personal and professional integrity. - Flexibility:
Willingness to work wherever necessary and take on a variety of tasks to support the team. - Physical Stamina:
Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in the Houston climate. - Experience in landscaping is a plus, but we are willing to train the right entry‑level candidate who brings the right attitude.
