Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, HVAC Tech ​/ Heating Engineer

As a handyman, the technician will be responsible for service calls that include electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance, drywall, and HVAC.

• Troubleshoot electrical problems and make repairs.
• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers.
• Repair and replace main panels.

• Install and repair pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and garbage disposals.
• Install and repair all types of water heaters (electrical, gas, tankless).
• Rebuild and replace toilets.
• Replace faucets, shower mixers, and other fixtures.
• Clean main and lateral lines using commercial snakes or hydro-jetting.

• Install, service, and repair household appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, and ovens.

• Inspect, repair, modify, and install HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, receivers, condensers, chillers, water cooling towers, forced air converter units, pumps, valves, expansion valves, and capillary tubes.
• Repair or replace defective parts in units, equipment, and controls such as thermostats, switches, fans, dampers, relays, filters, belts, compressors, heat exchangers, pressure and safety valves, and automatic gas valves.
• Perform skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair, installation, and alteration of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors, and wiring systems as needed.
• Connect motors to control panels.

• Install and repair wallboards to ceilings and interior walls.
