Qualifications- Experience installing home improvement products such as roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, baths, and showers.
- Craftsmanship and pride in workmanship.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Must be properly licensed, bonded, and insured.
- Operating as an LLC or corporation.
- Own tools and transportation.
- Minimum 3+ years of installation experience.
- Consistent workflow with a steady stream of projects.
- Reliable weekly pay every Friday.
- Material coordination handled by DaBella.
