About the Role:
Join PREMIER CHAMPION BUILDERS LLC as an Apartment HVAC Technician in Houston, TX! In this dynamic role, you'll ensure optimal heating and cooling systems for our apartment communities, contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in apartment units.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and troubleshoot HVAC issues.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergency calls.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with residents regarding HVAC concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
- Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
