Perform maintenance and repairs for interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, and equipment including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration as applicable;
Ensure equipment is prepared and operational for the following days work;
Adhere to safety regulations and brand standards; report unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment;
Promote teamwork and quality service through coordination with other hotel departments; May educate hotel staff in safe and proper use of equipment
