We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) for our Cypress/Katy crew.

As the Pavement Maintenance Technician, you will perform a wide variety of projects for clients across the city. The role requires 40‑50 hours per week, including weekends and overtime; overnight shifts are available Monday‑Friday.

• Operate equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more.
• Plan and facilitate the production of high‑quality projects.
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager.
• Maintain a safe, hazard‑free job site.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

• Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract required) and reliable transportation.
• Self‑motivated critical thinker who enjoys problem‑solving.
• Punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Past experience with small engines (e.g., lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset.
• Engineering educational background is an asset.
