LCI Services is seeking a Plumbing Technician who is professional, organized, and focused on delivering a 5-Star customer experience. We are looking for an experienced plumber who is motivated to do quality work and further their career as a Residential Plumbing Technician. We will provide additional training to obtain a license.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue, and making repairs as needed.
  • Performing preventative maintenance work on plumbing systems to fix issues at hand.
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains, and fixtures in all types of structures.
  • Must always possess a valid driver’s license and valid vehicle insurance with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUIs in the last 5 years.
  • Available for on-call service, weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Self-starter that can effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
  • Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.
  • Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.

  • Ability to drive with a trailer is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to climb up and down stairs several times each day and lift 50 pounds with ease.
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Experience in the single-family or multi-family rental industry preferred.
