• Lead and manage a team of technicians responsible for the installation of laundromat equipment including washers, dryers, and ancillary machinery.
• Oversee the entire installation process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their specific needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare materials and equipment required for installation projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during installation and maintenance.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability of necessary parts and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installation procedures, service reports, and inventory management.
• Implement and enforce best practices for equipment installation and safety procedures.

• Proven experience in equipment installation, preferably within the laundromat or similar industry.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing or supervising a team.
• Strong technical skills with knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant technical certification or vocational training is an advantage.
