We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laundromat Equipment Installation Technician
- Group Leader to oversee and lead a team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of laundromat equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring installations are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients to deliver high-quality service.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians responsible for the installation of laundromat equipment including washers, dryers, and ancillary machinery.
- Oversee the entire installation process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their specific needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare materials and equipment required for installation projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during installation and maintenance.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability of necessary parts and equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation procedures, service reports, and inventory management.
- Implement and enforce best practices for equipment installation and safety procedures.
- Contribute to process improvements and innovation within the team.
- Proven experience in equipment installation, preferably within the laundromat or similar industry.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing or supervising a team.
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
