LCI Services is seeking a Plumbing Technician who is professional, organized, and focused on delivering a five‑star customer experience. We are looking for an experienced plumber who is motivated to do quality work and further their career as a Residential Plumbing Technician. We will provide additional training to obtain a license.
Duties / Responsibilities- Respond to plumbing emergencies, determine the issue, and make repairs as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance work on plumbing systems to fix issues promptly.
- Install, maintain, and repair pipe including joins, valves, drains, and fixtures in all types of structures.
- Always possess a valid driver’s license and valid vehicle insurance with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUIs in the last five years.
- Be available for on‑call service, weekends, and evenings as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Self‑starter who can effectively manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Maintain professionalism and a strong customer‑focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
- Excellent time management skills, detail orientation, and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work.
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English. Able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing to employees, customers, supervisors, and co‑workers.
- Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with the ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems, and help teams collaborate as necessary.

- Ability to drive with a trailer is preferred.
- Ability to climb up and down stairs several times each day and lift 50 pounds with ease.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Experience in the single‑family or multi‑family rental industry preferred.
